This award-winning project was a 7,000 s.f. home on the marsh with long-range views of the intracoastal waterway. The homeowners wanted to take full advantage of the setting, including the generous rear porch and deck. Phantom screens automatically roll up or down to allow the rear porch to be open to the deck, or become completely screened in. Interior highlights include antique heart of pine floors, custom cabinetry in the kitchen and throughout the home and finely detailed carpentry and stone work.
We were able to significantly reduce construction waste for this project by electing not to use a traditional dumpster. Instead we sorted various materials into separate bins which were frequently emptied throughout construction and the contents recycled.
